Every piece is handcrafted with care and checked and tested before being offered for sale.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Should an item be faulty I will refund only on inspection of the original piece. You can return the item for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase and Proof of purchase are required. The buyer is to pay for shipping/postage of the returned item.
All pieces are packaged for delivery within Australia. Postage is by Australia Post or Hand Delivery once a week.
Overseas deliveries please contact me to negotiate shipping.
